The lawyers filed documents claiming that Shaunie has no rights to use California divorce courts because they are residents of Florida. As reported earlier on HHB, Shaunie had moved to Cali with the couple's children a week before filing for separation from Shaq. If any couple needs a reality show Shaq and Shaunie do. This divorce has drama written all over it.

Giant Magazine Folds 09:00PM ET November 30, 2009 Contributor : Hip Hop Blog Staff A Rocky Williform Company After nearly a year of rumors of its impending doom, Radio One has closed the doors on Giant Magazine. Radio One's digital wing Interactive One will continue to publish online via Giantlife.com. "The economic downturn has had a tremendous impact on print media and we had to make the decision to suspend printing the publication," said Tom Newman, president of Interactive One in a statement. "Additionally we recognize the increase in demand for real time information and see this as an opportunity to leverage our existing robust online platform to better serve Giant consumers and advertisers through our interactive medium." Radio One purchased Giant last year for approximately $270,000 so their financial loss could not have been much. There was no mention of how many staff members if any would lose their jobs as a result of the magazine closing.

In the tale of Jennifer Lopez's intimate home videos, she may have won the battle but her ex-husband and his team is fighting to win the war.

Earlier this month, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted J. Lo a temporary restraining order to stop the release of private home videos from 1997 that Lopez' ex, Ojani Noa, was planning to release.

The movie, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J. Lo and Ojani Noa Story, featured Lopez in "sexual situations," her attorney claimed in court documents. Lopez, who reportedly got a confidentiality agreement with Noa years ago, sued for breach of contract, where she sought $10 million in damages. In court documents, Lopez says she's suffered "shame, mortification, hurt feelings, embarrassment, (and) humiliation."

Now the film's executive producer, Ed Meyer, is threatening to put photographs and 11 hours of footage into court files accessible by the public, the New York Daily News reports.

That Should Hush Her Up

That's very clear with the passion that she plays with when she's out there on the court. She gives it her all. Well that passion is what gets her in trouble at times as well. At the recent U.S. Open in September, Serena went on a highly publicized tirade against the line official for a foot-fault call at the end of her semifinal loss to Kim Clijsters, the eventual champion. That outlash is now going to dig in the pockets on Serena. Today, she was fined $82,500 and she is on a probation period at the four major Grand Slam tournaments for the next two years. If she goes on another one of her tirades at one of those championship events in 2010 or 2011, the fine will increase to $175,000 and she will be banned from the U.S. Open. If she doesn't act up in the next two years, then her suspension will be lifted. It's a good thing that the Grand Slam administrator Bill Babcock put his foot down on Serena. She was starting to go overboard on her reactions to calls that she thought she should have gotten. Then again male tennis players have been going ham on officials for years. Hopefully Serena will keep her outbursts under control.

Former NBA player Latrell Sprewell is penniless. Latrell played in the NBA for 13 years, and now he's about to lose his Westchester County mansion. Here's what Bossip says: Sprewell, 39, purchased the 3.3-acre property in Purchase in January 2000 for $2.3 million. The ex-NBA player took out a 30-year Washington Mutual Bank mortgage for $1, 612,000 in 2004. He began missing payments in April 2008, in the Journal News reported, citing court records. The home is due to be auctioned off Jan. 7 at the Westchester County Courthouse, according to Propertyshark.com... He lost his 70-foot yacht, Milwaukee's Best, last year after defaulting on payments. U.S. Marshall's auctioned off the $1.5 million Italian-built vessel for $856,000. Ironically Sprewell once turned down a 3-year, $21 million contract saying "I've got to feed my family." Bet he wishes he had that money now.

The rapper shared his experiences behind bars and his post prison plan with over 400 inmates jailed in Belize's Hattiesville prison. Shyne was recently released from prison after serving a nine year sentence for his involvement in a New York City nightclub shooting. He was deported after serving his sentence. Shyne has yet to reveal future recording plans.
