It's In The Game
Snoop To Perform On Video Game Awards
Some of those stars that will be in attendance include Green Day, Tony Hawk, and Mike Tyson among others. The big homie Snoop Dogg is scheduled to perform at the show as well. Snoop is hands down one of the most commercially successful rappers to date. His broad fan appeal range is very impressive. From his numerous television shows and films to his countless special appearances at awards shows not generally thought of as ones where rappers would be invited to, Snoop has branded himself greatly to be able to expand into numerous markets. Come on now, nephew was even invited to the CMA's. What rapper has pull like that? This special performance from Snoop is just another example of a way that he diversifies himself from your normal rapper. That's one of the main reasons why he has been such a great crossover hit for generations. This performance for Spike TV is yet another example of great marketing by Snoop, especially since his new CD, Malice n Wonderland, hitting stores today. Plus, Snoop is big on video games so you know he's going to enjoy himself, but when doesn't he? |

She Can Transform Ya
Chris Brown's Choice Words For Oprah
"I didn't get a call from them or anything. I felt embarrassed, but at the same time I felt stabbed in the back. Ok, Oprah you have so much power and people really listen to what you say. You don't know anything... ...that went down and you jump to conclusions and start bringing people on the set that have no similarities to me other than a domestic dispute. And then compare them to me when she's around me and knows me. She could have called me and been like, "Chris, let me get you on my show and I'm going to do this kind of segment." Oprah won't have rappers on her show who whip ass on songs, what makes Chris think she'll have someone who whips ass in real life on? |

Big Boi Rocking With the Familiar
Sir Luscious Staying on Jive For Now

I was in a little situation, the [journalist] jumped in the interview, we was in the midst of talks and then in the midst of that, some more things happened and we in a great situation right now. That'll be announced very soon. The album should be out I think -- in about 12 weeks maybe. So you know, it's coming real soon." |

"It looks like we busted up Busta's rhyme," cracked lawyer Ron Hart, who represented the injured fan, Alex Duncan, a 32-year-old Albany resident. The judgment stems from a 2003 incident where Duncan claimed that Busta splashed him with water and threw two bottles at him following an argument between the two after a concert. |
