If Beyonce’ Is Cheating Then So Is Jay-Z!!! After seeing pictures of Beyonce’ coming out of a hotel covering her mouth with her bodyguard who had lipstick on his lips, Hova canceled tour dates and was spotted going to dinner with another woman.
Paparazzi caught Jay-Z and his “new” chick going through a back entrance to a restaurant. Is Jay-Z getting back at Beyonce’ for cheating on him with her body guard Julius? Bey was spotted coming out of a hotel in Berlin with bodyguard in tow — the two looking like they just had a quickie before jumping into a limo. Cameras caught a few snaps of Beyonce covering her mouth and Julius’ lips were a bright red color from maybe Bey’s lipstick. Hmmmmmm

C-Murder Unable To Pay For Murder Conviction Appeal
Nearly two months after announcing plans to appeal his murder conviction, incarcerated rapper Corey "C-Murder" Miller has requested to be declared indigent as he is unable to afford the costs to follow through with his case.
According to a letter from Miller's attorneys, the Southern emcee's funds are limited.
Miller cannot afford the estimated $20,702.75 to pay for the entire case record and all hearing and pretrial hearing and trial transcripts and fees, according to a motion filed by attorneys Robert J. Smith and John Adcock. The transcripts would cost $17,335, the attorneys wrote. Miller would not have to pay the costs if Judge Hans Liljeberg of the 24th Judicial District Court declares him indigent. Miller is presumed to be indigent because he is incarcerated, does not own a vehicle or real estate or have income or savings, the attorneys wrote. They note that Miller's trial attorney, Ron Rakosky, has not been paid. Rakosky withdrew from the case when Miller was sentenced Aug. 14.

DJ Kay Slay Talks Papoose Debut Album Delay, "There [Were] Creative Control Conflicts"
Known for helping land Papoose a $1.5 million recording contract with Jive Records in 2006, New York's DJ Kay Slay recently said record label conflicts have caused the rapper's long-awaited debut album delay.
According to Slay, fans should still anticipate the project coming in 2010.
"You're all going to hear something next year," Slay promised in an interview. "We have way more than enough songs; we just haven't found the right situation. We thought we had the right situation, but there were stupid motherf*ckas in positions that didn't know how to work with an artist like that -- so there [were] creative control conflicts, because I was like, 'We ain't doing that! This ain't why y'all brought us up here.' You see, that's what happens: When they get you, then you have some other n*ggas with some big-brained scheme, and then I'll ask a motherf*cker, 'When is the last time you been to Brooklyn? What record is Papoose most known for? Where's he performing at this week?' They don't know nothing about him, but they have all these d*ckhead ideas... And that's the reason why sh*t wasn't working."
