50 Cent Wanted Game To "Go Away" During Beef, "50th Law" Co-Author Gives Details
The co-author behind 50 Cent's 50th Law book, Robert Greene, has given details on how the G-Unit leader initially tried to make his problems with Game "go away" during their early rap beef.
According to Greene, 50 was plotting his moves against the Black Wall Street leader in 2006.
"I don't think he was looking for 'advice,' per se," Greene explained in an interview. "Because, who am I to give him advice? But, maybe he was. We talked about it, for sure. To be honest with you, I wasn't too up on the situation. I knew that there was a beef going on, but what was behind it? How did it start? I really didn't know. So, talking about it then, what I would've said knowing what I know now about the whole thing, it would've been different. So I don't know if my 'advice' was particularly insightful at that time. That's when I thought he was a very crafty person. He was really strategizing in a hardcore way, about how to make this guy go away. Not in the Mafia sense, but how to end [the problem], so it doesn't turn into this mutually destructive war...I was impressed about how he was weighing certain options and not just going with raw emotion, because you'd expect someone with the persona that he projects--which really isn't who he is--that he would be looking for something kind of ultra-aggressive. That's the entertainment part of 50. The real 50 is much more strategic." (XXL Mag)
Game recently cited 50's Before I Self Destruct album sales as reason enough to fall back on dissing him.

Taylor Swift Debuts New Straight Locks
Taylor Swift has changed her hair style. The young country music crooner has been photographed showing off her new straight locks during her night outing in New York City on Wednesday, December 9. The "Fearless" hitmaker was seen happily smiling to paparazzi, but she still declined to reveal the reason why she cut her curly hair.
That night, Swift was photographed paying a visit to Baskin Robbins. Accompanying her was the Amelia of "The Rocker", Emma Stone. Recalling what she has done during the day, the 19-year-old made use of her Twitter account. She wrote, "Photo shoot all day, followed by dinner with Emma stone. Then we wandered around a candy store like wide-eyed little kids."
In another Taylor Swift news, the alleged girlfriend of Taylor Lautner has just been honored as Billboard's Top Female Artist of 2009. For the title, she has beaten out some top-notch musicians, including Beyonce Knowles, Lady GaGa, Rihanna, Britney Spears, and Pink.
On the Billboard's top year-end charts, Swift shared the spotlight with Kanye West, who received Top Male Artist title. Back in September, she got interrupted by the rapper during her Best Female Video acceptance speech at 2009 Video Music Awards.

Police are addressing the situation now.
St. Louis County police are on the scene at St. Louis rapper Nelly's home in Wildwood, Missouri. According to St. Louis County police, people inside the residence called and said that someone was breaking into the rap star's home. The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s or 30 with a mustache and glasses. He was wearing a black coat. Police searched a nearby wooded area for any clues or suspects. A search dog and the St. Louis County helicopter was also used. Police believe the suspect may have gotten into a car and left the scene before they arrived. (Fox News)
Aside from his home robbery, the St. Lunatics head master recently talked about his new album.
"The thing is, I work best with two strikes, two outs," Nelly revealed in an interview. "I really think I do. As an artist, you want to wake up every day and feel like you're doing something people don't think you can do. Now I feel like I've been put in that position again, where it's more doubt than expectancy. The doubt is what fuels me, so to speak. I've been real fortunate where I have great people around me. Everybody wants to freakin' work with me -- not that everybody didn't [before], but it's different because I didn't work with a lot of people. Coming into this situation, it's beautiful...In the booth right now, it's kind of different. I got Sean Paul, Akon...as far as the rappers go, Plies. Me and [Young] Jeezy talking about some things now. I'm not finished, but I'm a good portion on the way." (MTV)
While initially planning to drop the LP in 2009, Nelly recently said the project should now arrive in stores around the first quarter of next year.
No further details on the robbery have been given as of now.
