Whip Game Improper

Whip Game Improper

If it's one thing that most rappers love, it's their cars. From beating down the block in an old school Chevy to cruising down the streets of Miami in a Porsche, a lot of rappers make it a necessary point to make sure that their whip game is right. Triple C's and Rick Ross said it best when they said you need to "Whip It Real Hard."

Well twitter king John Jackson A.K.A Fabolous seems to have whipped it a little too hard. Atlanta's Channel 2 Action News investigator Jim Strickland was the first to break the news last year that Fabolous knew the two men who unrightfully seized possession to a 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder from the Intercontinental Hotel in Buckhead in Atlanta. Strickland received an e-mail from a police detective who confirmed the relationship between Fabolous and the thieves of the car. The Lambo Gallardo Spyder is a rare sports car, as there is only two of its kind in the U.S.A.

The surveillance video of that night in Atlanta does in fact show two men in Fabolous' crew getting the keys to the Lambo from the bellman at the Intercontinental and entering the vehicle. Although Fabolous was not with the two men at the time they seized the keys to the car, the rapper and the rest of his clique followed behind the Lambo in a minivan.

Eric Vargosko, who is the car's real owner, and his attorney, John Jackson, are irate about the situation. "I did nothing wrong ... and to be forced to hire an attorney, it's just wrong," said Vargosko. "I would wonder how many crimes go unpunished when there's a surveillance video that shows what happened," said Jackson. Vargosko is taking the hotel to federal court to sue it.

Vargosko has a right to be livid. He has a very rare car, one of only two of its kind in the states, and it gets stolen by a rapper! Anybody would be highly upset if their vehicle got stolen, let alone a prized jewel like the Lamborghini. Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard wouldn't sign off on a subpoena to the grand jury, which would have forced Fabolous to snitch. "It makes me feel like Eric's not going to get justice," Jackson said. Celebrity or not, Vargosko needs to get some kind of justice, as he isn't in the wrong in any shape or form.
