Woman Fails Driving Test Over 700 Times?!?

No sooner did I put up yesterday's post and started talking about bad drivers, did I hear this story. Apparently a woman in Korea failed the Driving Test OVER 700 TIMES!!!

They really need that IQ test.. ASAP!! Oh and I give her NO CREDIT! You fail that much maybe its just not meant to be! But then again, I don't know who fails more, that driving woman or this chick.... Observe:

Instead of an airbag, how bout if a a knife shot out? Then there would be no accidents! I mean seriously are you gonna drive more then 10 mph, if you know there is a knife waiting for you? (lol its a joke, relax!)

Imagine having to explain that one! "Well see I was driving along and then this dear came and my car just caught on fire!" haha
