Old Habits Die HardCanibus has launched another shot in what was thought to have been a long dead beef with Eminem. The five-minute diss song features jabs at Eminem's lifestyle, including his drug abuse. He also calls Em out for attacking Mariah Carey.

"You push D12 to the side -- if Proof was alive, he'd be dying inside," Canibus raps. "You ain't no hip-hop messiah, you a b*tch 'cause you dissed Mariah, sh*t like that's supposed to be private/I'ma fry you on behalf of Mariah and Michael, put you back on them drugs, make you suicidal/You can't shut the record down, n*gga it's vival/When you use the word n*gga, just remember your idols...Devil in a red dress on MTV, you signed more black people than a basketball team...Slim Shady you a coward because you scared to rap with me, the only black man you respect is 50/And the greatest rapper of all time was dead right, but you're dead wrong/You shouldn't have even been on that song"

The beef between Eminem and Canibus dates back to the early 90's when Canibus was the hot rapper and Em was unsigned. How times have changed.

JAY-Z, EMINEM, 50 CENT, ALICIA KEYS, RIHANNA, JANET JACKSON & J LO'S AMA PERFORMANCES (VIDEO)

Hip Hop was definitely in the building at this years American Music Awards but I'm a spare you the details and let you peep for your selves. However I must say, when Jay-Z accepted his award for Rapper Of The Year he finished his speech with "Men lie, women lie numbers don't ha ha ha", an obvious return fire at 50 for BISD projected low sales (est. 160k). Let the motherfuckin games begin, for real this time. Holla. - ICE

Cash Money Star Snubs KidsFans may remember Kevin Rudolf from his hit single "Let it Rock" featuring Lil Wayne. Apparently Mr. Rudolf was scheduled to let it rock at Valencia High School's homecoming dance over the weekend and things did not go to well. The ASB at Valencia High School told tmz.com that the school paid Rudolf $7,000 to perform and he lip synced two songs and left.

A School official reportedly confronted Rudolf but was brushed off by his entourage. It looks like Rudolf needs to take a cue from the hardest working man in the game Lil Wayne on how to rock a show properly.

25 And CountingEverybody is familiar with the somewhat rocky legacy of Whitney Houston. Back in the days of The Bodyguard and Waiting to Exhale, Whitney was iconic. Her voice was so stunning that it gave everyone who listened to her goosebumps. That rise to prominence soon came to an abrupt halt, as her abusive relationship with Bobby Brown to her alleged drug usage put a huge dent in her legacy.

Out to prove her critics wrong, she came out strong with her recent album I Look to You, which gave Whitney her best sales for an opening week out of any of her previous CD's. The album has been certified Gold and received positive views. Although she has had a few iffy spots, such as her performance on Good Morning America back in September, her comeback has been pretty stable.

Marking her 25th Anniversary in music, Whitney Houston and Arista Records/Legacy Recordings will release Whitney Houston: 25th Anniversary Edition CD/DVD bundle package on Tuesday, January 19, 2010. The bundle, which is a remastered version of her 1985 self-titled classic, will include extra tracks, exclusive new interviews, and a DVD of some of her most historical music videos.

The digitally remastered album will include five bonus tracks which includes a live performance of "Greatest Love of All" as well as her a cappella recording of "How Will I Know." The CD will also feature her television debut of her singing "Home" as well as four legendary music videos from Whitney. Also included with the package is a personal letter from Whitney that states, "I cannot believe it has been 25 years since my first album! I could never have done this without the support, encouragement and unconditional love from my fans all over the world. I love you all!"

It’s definitely great to see Whitney Houston back recording. Although her sound may have changed a bit, her passion for music is still there. The "Most Awarded Female Artist of All Time" according to the Guinness Book of World Records is showing that she can withstand all of the trials she has had to overcome. She looked lovely at the American Music Awards last night.

Marv Denies FightMarv Albert told The Associated Press he was not even close to the exchange 50 Cent's entourage was allegedly involved in that was widely reported on. Albert believed the incident was caused when a member of 50 Cent's party was prevented by Jimmy Kimmel Show security from using a phone in the room that was supposed to belong to Albert.

"I couldn't even tell you what the guy looked like or the security guard looked like," Albert said.

Albert insists that the reports that he was physically involved in a physical altercation are greatly exaggerated. He says he never even crossed paths with 50 Cent.

Busta Rhymes Preps The ChemoIndustry veteran Busta Rhymes believes that he has the cure to hip hop's current sickness. He is currently recording his next studio album titled The Chemo.

"I called the album The Chemo because it seems like the industry and music overall is dying slowly," Busta explained in an interview with Billboard Magazine. "The cancer that's stricken the business is killing the music, not only from a business standpoint, but also the value of the content and the creativity behind it. I just want to start the first stage of chemotherapy treatment that needs to take place and hopefully inspire others to do their part and contribute to different stages of the cure."

Busta says the album will feature guest appearances by Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Wyclef and Diddy along with his new group Dirty Money.
