Liar LiarThe Knowles clan has settled out of court today with Rickey Allen, songwriter of "Cater 2 U", about his lawsuit against them for copyright infringement.

The Chicago Sun-Times says, "All of the issues have been amicably resolved and the case is going to be dismissed," Allen's attorney said. "[Allen is] excited about being able to devote time to posturing his musical career."

In other news, Bossip reveals Kelly Rowland wasn't too happy about the lawsuit, saying that, "Rowland blames the legal mess on Beyoncé's father Mathew and his sneaky tactics for lining his daughter's pockets with cash. Apparently, Mathew has a long history of trying to get songwriters to add Beyoncé's name to songs she didn't compose, just so she gets publishing royalties, and now it's coming back to haunt him."

This entire situation is a mess, but it's not the first time that someone has brought Beyonce's "songwriting" skills into question, and it might not be the last.

Chris Brown Excluded From Timbaland's 'Shock Value 2'

Timbaland's rep confirms that Chris Brown is no longer attached as one of the contributors in 'Shock Value 2', saying the decision is mutual.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

© Bob Charlotte/PR Photos Chris Brown's verses on Timbaland's song "The One I Love" off "Shock Value 2" have been removed. "The decision was a mutual decision since both artists were at the time working on their solo projects," a representative for the powerhouse producer/rapper told E! Online.

"Chris is a friend to us," the rep continued. The statement debunked previous report run by TMZ suggesting that Chris is dropped out of the studio project due to the "drama" surrounding him following his infamous altercation with Rihanna back in February.

Chris Brown's exclusion from "Shock Value 2" aside, the R&B performer has been busy with the promotional effort for his third studio album "Graffiti" which will be released across United States on December 8. He is currently hitting the road for a "Fan Appreciation" tour, starting the gig on November 14 and ending it up on December 15.

Give Us Us FreeVarious internet sites are reporting that Katt Williams was back in a Cowetta County Jail for failing to pay his bail bondsman. The bail bondsman allegedly sent bounty hunters after Katt for failing to make good on the payment of his $40,000 bond stemming from an arrest for burglary earlier this month.

HHB spoke with an officer at the Coweta County Jail that insured us that there was no Micah S. Williams (Katt's real name) in their system. Sounds like a farfetched rumor. Katt may be crazy but he's good for 40 stacks.

Is This The End

Drama, Jeezy and Gucci Squash Beef On Air

Is This The EndIn what has to be the shakiest peace treaty since Game and 50 Cent held their press conference in Harlem a few years back, Young Jeezy appeared on DJ Drama's Gangsta Grillz radio show and squashed his issues with Gucci Mane. Jeezy has had problems with both Drama and Gucci in the past. Beef with both men has escalated to violence between rival camps on more than one occasion.

Under the guise of doing the right thing Jeezy appeared on Dram's show in what seemed like an amicable situation. "On my end its like even through everything, we weren't speaking a lot, there was stuff in there. Then I realized we can agree to disagree," DJ Drama said. "We are letting you know it's bigger than us. We do what we do for yall. We are about to get so much more money, we are about to make so many more outlets for revenue for the city, for everybody to eat."

Things got even more bizarre when Gucci Mane called into the show. Drama played the mediator role between the two. There didn't seem to be much animosity in their voices but Jeezy's tone conveyed a lack of interest. However the incarcerated Gucci is down for change.

"That's what it is homie," Jeezy said to Gucci, accepting the peace calling. "What's understood ain't gotta be said, man. We gonna do this for the city, so you keep your head up. Me and Dram gonna hold it down, bruh and that's what it is. 100. That's what it is homie -- that's what it is man, it's back to business man. Back to the money, back to the music. Back to the streets. We're back for the city man. Believe that. We got more work to do -- by the way, you snuck me with that phone call homie, for real."

This newfound peace is about as valid as a 3 dollar bill. New diss songs coming in 5,4,3,2.....

Black Star PowerDrake's debut Thank Me Later will no longer be dropping in February as anticipated. The Grammy nominated artist recently announced that his project will be dropping in March.

"I'm making progress on it," Drake said in an interview with MTV News. "I'm hoping for March now. It's just pulling everybody together: I had a wish list for my managers of everybody I wanted involved that stem beyond hip-hop. I'm trying to pull it all together."

So far he has enlisted Lil Wayne, Kanye West and Jay-Z to appear on the album. He is also working to get Sade to grace him with an appearance.

"It's this other one I'm excited about that's kinda left [field]," he demurred. "It's gonna be a great project — well-rounded."

This will most likely be the biggest album of the year if Drake plays his cards right.
