Several music publishers are suing the small business. Perhaps Jay should send his 40/40 "security guards" down to Alabama to pay the teahouse a visit. |

Pay To Play
Most people don't know that whenever you hear music in a public place someone has to pay up. Apparently A Spot of Tea in Mobile, AL was trying to play without the pay. The tea house turns into club Insanity at night and publishing enforcers ASCAP caught them playing songs by Rihanna, Jay-Z, Bon Jovi and Michael Jackson.
